7-Day Refund Policy

At Klyra AI, we prioritize your satisfaction and are committed to providing the best service possible. That’s why we offer a 7-day refund policy for our subscriptions. Here’s how it works :

How to Qualify for a Refund

  • Request a Refund: You must request a refund within 7 days of purchasing the subscription.
  • Limited Usage: To qualify for a refund, your usage during this period should remain below 10% of the allocated credits for Text, Audio, Image, and Video models. This includes generating less than 10% of your credits for text generation, audio processing, image generation, or video creation as per your subscription plan.

 

Important Notes

  • Refunds Are Not Automatic: Cancelling your subscription does not automatically issue a refund. You must contact us within the 7-day window to request a refund.
  • Cancellation Timing: Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
  • Refunds Only Within 7 Days: Refunds are not available for requests made after the 7-day period.
  • Same Month Usage: Refunds are not available if you’ve fully utilized your subscription in the same calendar month unless it’s within the 7-day refund period.

 

Request a Refund

If you meet the eligibility criteria, please contact us at connect@klyra.ai to request your refund. We recommend canceling your subscription first to expedite the process.

  • We respond to refund requests within 24-48 hours.

  • Your request will be time-stamped and honored based on the email’s send time.

  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after approval and will be credited back to your original payment method or bank account.
