Refund Policy

7-Day Refund Policy

At Klyra AI, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction with our services. We offer a limited refund policy subject to the following terms and conditions:

Eligibility for Refund

  • 1.1. Customers may request a refund within seven (7) days of the original subscription purchase date (“Refund Period”).
  • 1.2. To qualify, the Customer’s usage of subscription credits must not exceed ten percent (10%) of the monthly allocation for any of the included services (Text, Audio, Image, and Video generation) during the Refund Period.
  • 1.3. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to connect@klyra.ai within the Refund Period. Cancellation of a subscription does not automatically trigger a refund.

 

Refund Processing

  • 2.1. Refunds will only be processed for eligible requests received within the Refund Period.
  • Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method where possible; otherwise, an alternative refund method may be arranged at the Company’s discretion.
  • 2.3. Refunds will be processed within five (5) to seven (7) business days following approval.
  • Same Month Usage: Refunds are not available if you’ve fully utilized your subscription in the same calendar month unless it’s within the 7-day refund period.
  • 2.4. The Customer acknowledges and agrees that any non-refundable payment processing fees, including but not limited to gateway fees, currency conversion charges, or transaction charges imposed by PayPal, Razorpay, or similar payment providers, will not be refunded and will be deducted from the refund amount.

 

Limitations

  • 3.1. Refunds are not available for requests made after the Refund Period.
  • 3.2. Refunds are not available for subscriptions that have been substantially or fully utilized within the same calendar month, except when usage remains within the eligibility conditions stated in Section 1.
  • 3.3. Partial refunds are not offered. Refunds are granted only if the eligibility criteria are fully met.

 

Chargebacks

  • 4.1. Customers are required to contact Klyra AI directly to resolve any refund-related issues before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with their financial institution or payment provider.
  • 4.2. The Company reserves the right to dispute any chargeback that violates this Refund Policy.

 

Chargebacks

  • 5.1. Klyra AI reserves the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website.
