Klyra AI is not liable for any errors in the generated content. Subscriptions

Certain features of Klyra AI, such as higher word limits, support for additional languages, advanced AI models, AI image generation, multi-device access, and unlimited chat — are available exclusively with a subscription plan. Subscriptions are billed upfront on a recurring basis, either monthly or annually, depending on your selected plan.

Please note that we reserve the right to adjust the pricing of plans or discontinue a plan at any time without prior notice. We encourage you to regularly review our pricing options on our website and select the plan that best suits your needs.

Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel it. You can manage or cancel your subscription by visiting your account management page or contacting customer support at connect@klyra.ai.

To avoid interruptions, please ensure your billing information is accurate and up-to-date. If automatic billing fails for any reason, Klyra AI will send you an electronic invoice, and you will need to complete the payment manually within the specified deadline.

 

Free Plan

Klyra AI offers a free plan that allows users to generate up to 1,000 words without providing payment details. In the future, we may require billing information to sign up for the free plan or any free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period unless you choose to upgrade to a paid plan.

The free plan is subject to usage restrictions, which may be modified at any time without prior notice. If you need assistance or have any questions, please contact us at connect@klyra.ai.

We reserve the right to modify or cancel the free plan or any free trial offers at any time without prior notice.

 

Fee Changes

Klyra AI reserves the right to modify subscription fees at any time. Any changes to the subscription fees will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. By continuing to use the service after a fee change, you agree to pay the updated subscription fee.

 

Refunds

At Klyra AI, we want you to be completely satisfied with our service. We offer a 7-day refund policy for new subscriptions. To qualify for a refund, you must request it within 7 days of your subscription purchase and have used less than 5,000 words or 5 images during this period.

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • The request is made after the 7-day window.
  • Your usage exceeds the specified limits.

Important Notes

  • Refunds are not automatically processed. You must contact us within 7 days of your purchase to request a refund.
  • Cancellations will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.

 

Fair Usage Policy (FUP)

At Klyra AI, we are committed to providing a high-quality experience for all users. To ensure fairness and prevent service abuse, we may limit or restrict access if we detect excessive usage or any misuse of the service.

Our Fair Usage Policy (FUP) is designed to maintain consistent performance for all users and prevent resource abuse.

  • If your usage exceeds standard limits, we may require you to upgrade to a plan that better suits your needs.
  • Automated behaviour such as the use of bots or scripts, and account sharing, are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension.

This policy ensures that every user benefits from a reliable and seamless experience with Klyra AI.

 

Prohibited Uses

You agree to use Klyra AI services only for lawful purposes. You must not:

  • Violate any applicable national or international laws or regulations.
  • Exploit, harm, or attempt to harm minors, including exposing them to inappropriate content.
  • Send spam, unauthorized advertising, or other unsolicited promotional materials.
  • Impersonate Klyra AI, a Klyra AI employee, another user, or any person or entity.
  • Engage in any activity that infringes the rights of others, including activities that are illegal, threatening, or harmful.

At Klyra AI, we utilize third-party AI services to help generate content. However, if we become aware of any content that violates our terms including harmful, illegal, or prohibited content — we reserve the right to review and remove such content.

Repeated violations of our guidelines may result in the suspension or termination of your account. In such cases, no refunds will be issued.

Please use the service responsibly and adhere to our terms and guidelines to ensure a fair and productive experience for all users.

 

Accounts

When creating an account with Klyra AI, you must provide accurate and complete information. Failure to maintain accurate information may lead to the suspension or termination of your account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and any activities that occur under your account.
