Where applicable law, platform rules, contractual obligations, or the circumstances of publication require disclosure that content was generated or materially altered using AI, you are responsible for providing that disclosure.
This is particularly important for realistic synthetic media involving real people, public-interest communications, political content, advertising, endorsements, and other situations where the audience could reasonably be misled about the origin or authenticity of the content.

Klyra does not prohibit ordinary creative expression, satire, parody, fictional storytelling, opinion, or good-faith discussion merely because the content is not factual.
However, users remain responsible for making appropriate disclosures and complying with applicable law where AI-generated or manipulated content could reasonably mislead an audience.

However, you must not represent AI-generated information as professional advice when you are not appropriately qualified to provide that advice.

You remain responsible for reviewing and validating AI-generated information before relying on it in a professional or regulated context.

This applies to AI-generated content distributed through websites, email, social media, chatbots, voice chatbots, messaging integrations, or other connected channels.
You must comply with applicable communications, advertising, privacy, and anti-spam laws and with the rules of the relevant platform or communication provider.

21. Automated Customer Interactions
If you deploy an AI chatbot or AI voice chatbot to communicate with customers, visitors, employees, or other individuals, you must provide appropriate disclosure where required by applicable law or the circumstances of the interaction.
You must not design an AI agent to deliberately mislead a person about whether they are interacting with a human when disclosure is legally required or reasonably necessary to avoid material deception.
Where appropriate, businesses should provide a clear method for escalation to a human agent, particularly where an interaction may involve complaints, sensitive issues, disputes, or significant customer decisions.

You must not use AI-generated content to falsely claim that a product, service, person, organization, or professional has achieved results, received approval, obtained certification, or received an endorsement when that claim is not true.
23. Responsible Use of AI-Generated Content
AI-generated content should be reviewed before publication or use where accuracy, authenticity, legality, safety, or reputation matters.
You are responsible for verifying material claims, citations, statistics, representations, images, voices, and other Outputs before relying on them.
